LI Bin, male, born on September 20, 1973 in Tianjin, member of Chinese Communist Party. He graduated from Nankai University School of Law in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in law. In 1999, he graduated from Institute of International Economic Law of Nankai University with a master’s degree in law. In July 1999, he became an assistant professor and lecturer at School of Law and Politics of Nankai University. In October 2005, he was employed as an associate professor at Harbin Institute of Technology Law School. In May 2009, he was employed as a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology Law School. In February 2003, he began pursuing a Doctorate of Laws at Etudes Juridiques Générales, Université de Paris I, and received his Doctor of Laws degree in May 2009. Since November 2012, he has been Professor of Law and Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing Normal University Law School. His main research interests are international law and human rights law, and so on.
