In the summer vocation of 2019, the University of Law is customizing a three-week summer program for students in the Law School of Beijing Normal University. In addition to professional learning in the classroom and moot court skills training, students will also take special courses in legal English and legal writing. There are also opportunities to experience British culture through various activities. The second registration is now open to all students in the Law School.
I. Program time
From July 22, 2019 to August 9, 2019 (3 weeks)
II. Program location and university profiles
Bloomsbury campus (adjacent to the British museum, the British library and Oxford street) and Moorgate campus (located in the city of London, adjacent to London law and financial center) of the University of Law
The University of Law is a professional university specializing in legal practice courses and practical training. In Britain, almost all people with legal background know about it. Two-thirds of all practicing lawyers in the UK are alumni of the university. Outstanding alumni include two-thirds of the current British councilmen and the current mayor of London.

IV. Special activities
Students can visit the parliament of the United Kingdom, the UK Supreme Court and the English royal court, and have the opportunity to watch the court trial; students can visit the British museum and see the famous sights of London; students can hold the final moot court competition at the English Royal Court.
V. Program cost
The three-week program cost: if the team reaches 15 people, the cost is about 2,600 pounds per person.
The cost includes tuition fee, accommodation fee, breakfast fee, airport transfer fee and tour fee;
The cost includes travelling expenses, local transportation expenses and personal expenses.
Remark: This program is organized by the college. The college will subsidize part of the international travelling expense of each student according to the registration situation.
VI. Condition of the second registration
1. Students of the Law School.
2. Good command of English (about equal to IELTS 5.5), able to communicate fluently.

VIII. Deadline and method of the second registration
1. Deadline of the registration is 10 p.m. on April 17, 2019 (Wednesday)
2. Students who are willing to sign up should download and fill in Attachment 2 “application form for the second registration of the summer program of the University of Law in 2019”, and send it to lilyzhang0808@163.com before the deadline. For the subjects of the email and attachment, please indicate “the second registration of the summer program of the University of Law+ the name of the applicant”.
