In the winter vocation of 2019, the Law School plans to work with Hong Kong Shueyan University to organize students to attend the two-week internship program in the court and law firm in Hong Kong. Apart from professional internships in the court and law firm, students also have the opportunity to experience the life and culture of Hong Kong through various activities.
I. Program time
From January 13 to January 26, 2019, the round trip covers 12 days in total (tentative).
II. Program content
Quota: determined according to the interview result.
Students will have professional internships in Hong Kong's high court or prestigious law firms.
III. Accommodation and cost
Program cost: travelling expenses, accommodation fee, living expenses and local transportation fee are all borne by the students. Students will live in Hong Kong Shueyan University, and the accommodation fee is about 150 Hong Kong dollars per day (double room).
IV. Condition of registration
1. All students in the Law School can sign up, and there is no limit on the grade.
2. Students should have a good command of English and be proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Those who have passed TOEFL or IELTS are preferred.
V. Deadline and method of pre-registration
1. The deadline of the pre-registration is 10 p.m. on October 11, 2018.
2. Download and fill in the attachment, application form of winter internship program in Hong Kong in the 2018-2019 academic year, and send it to lilyzhang0808@163.com before the deadline. For the document subject, please indicate the event +the name of the applicant.
VI. Matters needing attention during pre-registration
The program is in the winter, but doesn’t affect the Spring Festival or registration in the school.
