I, Introduction of the University and the College
The Pennsylvania State University (PSU for short) is one of The world's top research universities, located in Pennsylvania, the United States, ranking in the top ten of The national public universities for a long time, known as The "public ivy league" in the United States. The Pennsylvania State University is also a member of the Association of American Universities (AAU).
Penn State Dickinson School of Law is the fifth-oldest law school in the United States and one of the world's leading research universities. It used to be an independent law school, f founded in 1834 by John reed, who joined Penn State in 2000. Carlisle, 130 kilometers south of Penn State's main campus, is a beautiful college town about 20 minutes west of Harrisburg and two hours north of Washington US News ranks the law school 60th in the United States
II, Introduction of the Program and the Scholarship
The program is a 24-credit, one-year course designed to give students an in-depth understanding of the U.S. legal system. In addition, the program offers merit scholarships, which provide up to 50 percent tuition aid for outstanding students. The scholarship is available to all LLL.M applicants, so students are not required to submit information other than an application. For more information about fees and scholarships, click here.

Dickinson Law’s LL.M. Program Overview and Curriculum
Applying to Dickinson Law’s LL.M. Program (Application for the program of Fall 2018 is now open).
Students need to apply online through LSAC, and the specific application procedures are as follows:
1.Logon to LSAC(click here or on the link that follows:https://llm.lsac.org/login/access.aspx).
2.Click “Mg School List.”
3.Click “School Search” in the right hand corner.
4.Click the option to search “Schools Alphabetically.”
5.Choose the alphabetical range “PQR” or search for “The Pennsylvania State University,Dickinson Law” in Carlisle.PA.
6.Click on the “Add” button located to the left of the school name.
7.Click on the “Mg School List” button at the top right of the screen.
8.The Law school should now be listed under “My School List”——click on “The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson Law.”
9.Click on the “Application Information” and start your application.
